Whether your items will be delivered to North America, the EU or elsewhere around the globe – we’ll design with the end product in mind. Knowing the audience and ages, we’ll make sure both the product and its packaging meet our own product quality and safety standards in addition to regulations based on the markets it’s going to. All of our products are tested at each stage of the development process. This starts with the concept itself and initial sketches, and continues through engineering, pre-production and post-production. Before any products are shipped, they’re randomly sampled to ensure that the final products are consistent with our expectations – and yours too.

… but we also plan for the worst.


Should the unthinkable happen, and one of our products poses a risk to our clients and their customers, we’ll take immediate steps together with the appropriate agencies to apply our Product Recall Plan. We never trade dollars for happiness or health.

We make the products – and we take responsibility for them.


We accept sole responsibility for the quality and safety of what we make. And as the manufacturer, everything we make for you is covered under our product liability insurance. We make the products. We accept the liability.
