We can make as few as 2,000 lunch boxes of any one design, or 1,000 or more for lunch boxes if you want to make multiple designs at once.
Or, if you’d like a custom molded lunch box in a unique shape, an order of 5,000 lunch boxes is the best starting point.

2. What’s the lead time to manufacture lunch boxes?
It takes about 16 - 20 weeks to manufacture an order of custom printed and embossed lunch boxes. If you’re looking for a custom molded design in a new shape, best to factor in 24 weeks.
Faster schedules are sometimes possible, but additional rush costs may apply. Contact us with your deadline and we’ll do our best!
3. How much are custom lunch boxes?
Costs vary on your printed design, whether or not you’d like to emboss the lunch box, packaging, and how many lunchboxes you’d like to order.

Most lunch boxes are less than $5/ea when ordering 2,000 of one print design. Pricing is better for larger orders. - Setup Costs
One-time costs for design work, prototyping, embossing, and any new molds are additional. For custom printed lunch boxes these costs amount to around $3,000 or less, depending on the reference artwork/assets available. - Shiping
Shipping costs are additional and depend on the size of the packaged lunch box, the order quantity, and the destination. We’ll help with a freight estimate as we’re discussing your project.
