97% of Fortune 500 CEOs Pee Standing Up

There are more women in the workforce than ever but at the top of the heap, only 13 of the Fortune 500 companies are lead by women CEOs... or less than 3%.

One of the challenges women face is the stereotype on leadership styles of being either too meek or if they're more aggressive, they are seen as too aggressive. Companies that learn how to deal with these stereotypes openly are also the companies that access more talent. For those who are looking to move up on the ladder, it's still shown that the taller one is, the more power one usually has. Though it may seem ridiculous, it makes sense for women (and men) to pull out shoes with as much height as you can stand, lift your head up, look directly into people's eyes, and speak up with authority.
