According to a recent Canadian article, techy types are prone to a number of maladies, including "insomnia and altered sleep patterns, headaches, back pain, and poor attention span". The two main reasons cited by a health expert are too much time in front of a computer (d'uh!), and an improperly setup workstation environment. What, like working off an old table in the basement at 3 am, surrounded by a cornucopia of different computers, empty pop cans and day old pizza isn't a good environment?
