Meet the Millenial Generation: they like to party, they avoid commitment, and they don’t mind quitting their jobs despite the $10 000 investment you just made to hire them. And you thought Generation X was bad!

This new generation of workers covers late teens and twenty-somethings, and these curious go-getters are spending more time “finding themselves” than any past generation, delaying post-secondary education, entering the workforce later, and starting families years later than their baby boomer parents.

Cop's Early Retirement Plan... Smoke Some Dope

Following the white rabbit all the way to the office may lead to job loss, according to a recent case in New York. Former Detective Anthony Chiofalo was suspended after a routine blood test found marijuana in his system.

Detective Chiofalo's weed-wielding wife, Catherine Chiofalo, has since come forward, admitting that she doped her husband's normally cannabis-free food to taint his next work blood test (in the hopes of helping him to retire early).

Workers Go Under the Needle as Workplaces Embrace Tattooing

Tattoo frenzy has hit the mainstream, but what does that mean for the cobra tattoo peaking out of your suit jacket? Although more widely accepted than ever, tattoos still remain a taboo in many workplaces as employees struggle to express their individuality while adhering to workplace anti-ink policies.

Forty percent of people aged 26 to 40 have at least one tattoo, according 2006 Pew Research Center survey in the United States. That means that over 100 million tattoo-bearing working-age ladies and gents are sporting their tattoos at the workplace.

Mother's Day and Mothering Days

Mama, Nana, Madre or Mother, no matter how you spell it or say it moms everywhere are the masters of kissing our boo-boos… even when we’re all grown up and it’s really, really embarrassing. Think Twice before getting Down and Dirty at the Office

Workplace perks have been known to include access to the company fitness centre or perhaps storage room office supplies, but hooking-up with a coworker may be the most bodacious bonus of them all.

Statistics note that at least half of all married couples meet at work, and that office antics in the form of sexy shirking may be more common than we think.
